K + M’s March celebration at the Julia Morgan Ballroom was classic San Francisco at its finest. With sweeping city views, ornate architecture, and that iconic SF charm, the day blended timeless elegance with personal touches that felt completely their own.
K grew up in the Bay Area, so bringing everyone back to the city for their wedding felt both nostalgic and celebratory. Even though the two now call Denver home, their wedding day was a beautiful return to their roots – full of familiar faces, stunning views, and that unmistakable San Francisco energy.
The design leaned into a chic black-and-white palette, softened with pops of blush tones that added just the right touch of warmth and romance. The ballroom’s historic details created the perfect backdrop, elevating the day with a sense of old-school glamour.
As the sun started to set, K + M slipped up to the rooftop for golden-hour portraits that were pure magic. The skyline, the soft March light, and their genuine joy created one of those quintessential San Francisco moments that feels straight out of a movie.
Later in the evening, guests gathered for a traditional cake cutting, made even sweeter by the use of K’s parents’ original cake topper – a meaningful nod to family history and a beautiful pause before the party took off.
And once the dance floor opened, it really opened. K + M went all out with a DJ-and-live-music combo that included a roaming saxophone player weaving through the crowd. The energy was electric—one of those “you had to be there” party moments that guests will be talking about for years.
As the night went on, the couple surprised everyone with late-night mini burgers and fries served in custom Happy Meal-style boxes. Playful, nostalgic, and exactly what everyone needed to keep the dance floor going strong.
K + M’s wedding was the perfect mix of classic beauty and modern personality-rooted in San Francisco tradition, elevated with thoughtful details, and overflowing with pure joy from start to finish.
Thank you to this incredible team for making such a fun celebration!
