
Some weddings take years to plan. G + A planned theirs in three months – and honestly? It was iconic.
After booking The Pearl in San Francisco and securing their attire, they realized they needed support bringing the rest of the vision to life – and that’s when I stepped in. What followed was a fast-paced, creative sprint that resulted in one of the most joy-filled celebrations imaginable.
Before the ceremony, the couple shared their first look at Lost Resort, the very bar where they had their first date. It was the perfect full-circle San Francisco moment – intimate, nostalgic, and completely them. From there, the celebration moved to The Pearl, one of the city’s most versatile industrial-chic wedding venues, where the party truly began.
The color palette leaned into rich blues and greens, layered with florals that felt like a San Francisco sunset exploding across the room – warm corals, golden tones, and vibrant pops woven throughout. It was bold, energetic, and impossible to ignore.
And then there were the boots. The bride wore epic Doc Martens, originally a practical choice due to a rock climbing injury, but they ended up becoming one of the coolest style statements of the night. Effortlessly confident, a little rebellious, and perfectly aligned with the vibe of the day.
From the moment guests arrived, the energy never dipped. There was excessive laughter, constant movement, packed dance floors, and that electric feeling you can’t manufacture — only create when the right people are in the room.
The night ended exactly how it should: with a full dessert bar, including donuts (the bride’s most important request, non-negotiable), before everyone headed next door to School Night for an after-party that kept the celebration going.
G + A’s wedding was proof that you don’t need years – you just need vision, trust, a dreamy team, and a whole lot of joy. Three months. Endless laughter. An unforgettable San Francisco night.
